She started her career as a consultant in the public sector before expanding her experience in banking, logistics, customer service strategy delivery, and retail management in the private sector. Patience has consequently gained experience in developing and creating service strategy and service audits in various industries. She is also extremely competent with information systems.

Rudolph’s key professional achievements cover human resource management in industry and consulting in Europe and Africa. He has undertaken assignments with both local (private & public) and multinational organisations. He has over 17 years extensive experience in Human Resources development and systems, corporate restructuring and management, employee relations, training manuals development and training delivery.
