An increase in salary is not the only way to recognise hard work, innovativeness and excellent performance among others. There are a number of cost effective ways that this can be done with the same results. We can help with this.

Corporate Awards: Once we agree award choices or criteria that reflect your people, we can manage the nomination and voting process and these include:

• Employee end-of-year celebrations
• Company/Organisation award ceremony
• Industry Awards – companies in a particular sector
  or industry will be nominated on different aspects of their performance based
  on a questionnaire filled.

• Career Service Recognition

Signature Volunteer Awards: We are also very passionate about appreciating all the numerous volunteers who give of their time and other resources to help so many people and keep their organisations running smoothly. By virtue of the definition, volunteers do not expect any reward, however appreciation in the form of recognition will go a long way to encourage others to volunteer in any way they can.

The Signature Awards therefore is specifically for charities and not-for-profit organisations who will nominate a member(s) of their team under the appropriate category.
Awards and Cash prices will be given. The cash price will be donated to the
winner’s organisation while citations, plaques, among others will be kept by
the winner.
